@andwho I haven't used lidocaine for LS. But I wanted to share with you that I literally had fissures by the time I got a diagnosis. Deep sores. I think it took 2 months with the clobetasol treatment for that to heal. Of course, I'm also using a barrier cream, and/or coconut oil. I learned a lot from the Lichen Sclerosus Support Network on youtube. These are women who have been through healing, some in remission. Plus, the best gynecologists that specialize in LS. The podcast's attitude towards sharing info is really great, upbeat. Helped me feel less alone.
