@nycmusic Exercise does not damage nerves. It is something else (like compression or osteophytes) or aging, where the nerve sheaths become compromised. The exercise might aggravate a preexisting nerve condition, is all. Make sense?

@loriesco yes, your words are more precise… though the end result is the same- some exercises can cause problems— been there, done that…what happens is a muscle contracts and down the line, the nerves get pressed and…OW !
