@artist01 Does Arm & Hammer make a toothpaste without mint? Anything minty definitely aggravates my OLP. I'm been using kids' berry flavored toothpaste. Yuck.

@hem1959 I checked online and found that Arm & Hammer does not make any mint-free products. It was suggested that you search for “natural” toothpastes instead, (likely at places such as health food stores).
Try Happy Tooth Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste. I use the Vanilla Frosting Flavor. I get mine on Amazon.
@hem1959 So sorry that you also have this life altering autoimmune glitch. I was recently diagnosed with erosive oral lichen planus & my background is "Dentistry" how sad & ironic is that : ( I would not use clove oil at all in a mouth rinse, just ask your oral pathologist for a custom compound mouth rinse, combining multiple medications tailored to 'your' needs. And toothpaste that I use, that is not irritating at all is:
Jack N' Jill Natural certified toothpaste flavor free. Hope this helps
