@johnbishop thanks, I appreciate your reply.
I think that I might try that Lune nerve cream that smithba58 spoke of and try to find one of those massage rollers hopefully a little less pricey than vibit.
Anyone who has any recommendations for good massage rollers at a lower cost please let me know.
Neuropathy really is a literal nightmare.
