Welcome @sboylenotthesinger, Sorry to hear the high B6 levels caused your neuropathy. I also started looking at what I was eating and drinking that contained B6 to make sure it wasn't making my neuropathy worse. The energy drinks are probably the number one culprit for a lot folks. Has your neuropathy improved any once you stopped the energy drinks?

Not yet! My neuropathy is unfortunately coupled with akathisia. (involuntary body movements involving toes, feet and legs) ..jerking and muscle cramping (like charlie horses)! It started out at night, in bed, as just constant sensations that these areas were going to "break out" in moving. It has progressed to extreme leg jerking, knee to almost waist! The good news is it is only happening one leg at a time!!! Sooo, sleep is out of the question for about 5 hours a night! And, now in the daytime I'm back to extreme fatigue I had before energy drinks, along with fatigue from lack of sleep! I'm screwed! BTW, Akathisia was caused by prescribed antidepressants over two decades! Life is sooo hard!
