I finally figured out my exhorbitant B-6 levels after Googling everything. I have extreme fatigue; therefore, I started drinking energy drinks everyday. I almost always had one on me! I took them daily, everywhere! ...on any kind of trip, anytime I was dragging, on vacations, at home, before going to the gym, etc., and sometimes twice a day. For decades! When I needed more energy, I started drinking the EXTRA STRENGTH energy shots. Wasn't til my doctor told me my blood tests showed extremely high levels of B-6 that I started the culprit search. I read the label on the drink bottle and couldn't believe! (My stupidity for not reading labels.) Per 2 oz. serving: 40 mg of B-6 & 2353% daily value. Simultaneously, I was having what I learned was peripheral neuropathy. Didn't know energy shots were causing it! I've had if for so long now, I fear it's permanent. It's awful and very painful! I immediately stopped the energy drinks! Tell a friend!

Welcome @sboylenotthesinger, Sorry to hear the high B6 levels caused your neuropathy. I also started looking at what I was eating and drinking that contained B6 to make sure it wasn't making my neuropathy worse. The energy drinks are probably the number one culprit for a lot folks. Has your neuropathy improved any once you stopped the energy drinks?
