Toradol (ketorolac), a powerful NSAID, is great for visceral pain. It's essentially a more powerful version of Tylenol. It does require a prescription. Toradol comes in multiple routes of administration. It can be taken orally, through an IV, or given as an intramuscular injection. There is no risk of addiction with Toradol, as there is no high that is associated with it. Do not take Toradol if you have kidney issues or concerns of internal bleeding. Please refer to your doctor for more information.
