My sympathy to you. I too have suffered periodic clogging. I'm 92 and have finally found a process that works for me. You've probably already tried it but if you haven't, I take a cap of Miralax (don't use the cheap replacements)
in 1/4 cup of warm prune juice immediately on awaking. Don't eat anything else for an hour. Sometimes I skip a day depending on how much I ate the previous day.
