What could be causing my constant feeling of head pressure?

@gently I have had 3 cat scans and 4 mris. I have also have had two complete eye exams in the last four months. Have had no problems with sinuses,bu eyes are getting worse. Have been trying to find some help for over a year. Have had two therapeutic Botox treatments with no result. This was done by a neurologist.. how should I proceed from here. Concerned that it is getting worse

@barriefahey,
were the eye exams with ophthalmologists or optometrists.
You've manage to get a good number of MRIs 4. If they are recent you might try for a Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). It sounds like your care is very accessible.
What do the eye exam doctors say about your vision.
You might get a CT of your sinuses, usually easy to get in a allergy office, because even if you are breathing just fine, you could have sinuses that are completely blocked. Sometimes with cysts but sometimes (I know a case where) the sinus is totally filled with dormant infection.
I'm really thinking of the frontal sinuses because that's where you were impacted.
It might be possible that this is an unrecognized, long covid symptom I'd guess not.
