@yds Yes, I had returned to Prolia and was concerned about my -4 Dexascan results. So I changed my Caltrate to Bone-Up. Caltrate comes from stone and Bone-Up comes from cow bones, and is more easily absorbed. Caltrate builds up in your arteries, but Calcium citrate and the type in Bone-Up do not.

@dbivins , thank you for your response. I thought that maybe you achieved improvements in your bone density without any of the osteoporosis drugs, and just Bone-up, diet, and exercise.
