@cosynook, Sorry to hear that you are having pain in your lower legs and feet. I would think any neurologist or doctor that works with neuropathy patients would be a good place to start. I've read that taller people or more of a risk of having neuropathy but I don't think they really know for sure. Here's an older article from 2011 that mentions the risk for taller people.
"Neuropathies tend to hit the feet first, then travel up the legs. As they reach the knees, they often start affecting the hands. This painful condition tends to affect people who are older or taller more often than younger, shorter people. Though these patterns are typical of almost all cases of neuropathy, scientists have been stumped to explain why, says study leader Ahmet Hoke, M.D., Ph.D., a professor of neurology and neuroscience at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine."

Depending on your diagnosis, there may be specialists that deal with people who are very tall but I haven't heard of any. Did the doctor that told you it was because you are so tall diagnose you with neuropathy?
Thank you for your input/concern. I’ve been to several docs and gone thru many tests with no conclusion. In very nontechnical terms they say I’m symptomatic of numerous things but test results are not conclusive.
