Good question- hope someone here has info—my NewChapter has both, hard to believe they’d do that if the vitamins conflict !

I thought the same thing too because most vit d & k come in the same pill. After I read the book I actually bought both separately. I should have asked my question before I did this. Everyone on this site who responded to my ? Said that they should be taken together.
