I have lupus and have constant sores in my mouth and really haven’t found anything that helps significantly. Thank you for your suggestion.

@cpog Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! I’m glad you found this site. Your best bet is to scan thru this fission and any others and you will find several recommendations of mouth rinses, etc. that other people have mentioned. Welcome aboard!!
