@bethieb thanks for replying to my ? Should vit d & k be taken together or separately. Someone replied that the book rebuild ur bones only has a 1 star review. I didn't know this. It says in book that wife was diagnosed in her 30's w osteoporosis & she reversed it with protocol in book.
Consensus on this site is they can be taken together.
