my son,CT findings: Thickening of the pituitary stalk is noted, with a mass-like mixed-density lesion visible. Obvious calcification is present within the lesion, measuring approximately 13×14×15mm.is it Craniopharyngioma?
My son was born on May 3, 2014. Currently, he is 125 centimeters tall and weighs 26 kilograms. He has normal eyesight and no symptoms such as diabetes insipidus.

@jijianhua I’m not a doctor so don’t listen to me. His measurements sound low for an 11 yo. How are his growth hormone levels? It could be a pituitary macro adenoma. With a good neurosurgeon this can be fixed with hopefully no hormone therapy needed. I didn’t develop diabetes incipidus until after my surgery so that isn’t always a symptom to go by. Best of luck. I hope everything works out well.
