It's a good idea as was suggested to see your doctor. The heaviness may be only part of the problem. There may be something else going on that you aren't aware of yet. Also it could be nothing at all out of the ordinary but by seeing your doctor you would know for sure. I'm 79 and one of my breasts started to hang lower than the other. I went to my doctor and she said it was nothing to worry about and that as you age muscles weaken which is all it was.
