I had Whipple done 4 months ago. Lost 30lbs. Diarrhea, very weak, even can’t get up, difficult to walk
No strength to hold the bowl to eat. My Dr said that I had pancreatic enzyme insufficiency PEI. I’m taking Creon start 1 capsule at the beginning of every meal, now I’m taking 2 and 15min take another 2. Total 16 cap per day. Diarrhea is improved but can’t keep body weight. I’m kind of depressed because I can’t enjoy 1 meal without thinking of taking med

I can understand why you feel depressed, @whipple123. The medication, combined with eating, represents a "new normal" for you, and adjustments like this take time. Allow yourself time to get used to this new way of living and eating.

You must be glad that the diarrhea has improved. What type of foods are you able to eat now?
