@tdabbotts Totally agree with the mental aspect of recovery. I’m 60 years old and 6 months out from nerve sparing RARP. I resumed sexual activity at 6 weeks, but it wasn’t until I got past my fixed mindset that ejaculation was the goal of masturbation and intercourse that I was able to enjoy both.

Also at 6 weeks, my urologist asked if I was waking up with erections. I wasn’t, so he prescribed daily Cialis 5mg (in addition to Viagra as needed) and said to “coax it if necessary for daily penile rehab.” Between that and changing my mindset, I’ve been experiencing very intense and pleasurable orgasms with lots of fluid from my Cowper’s glands.

@phayes you are fortunate to have had a nerve sparing surgery that allows you to get an erection simply by using ED pills. As well have output from the cowper’s glan at the end of intercourse. As that is not my personal post surgery outcome and most of the men I’ve spoken with post RP surgery
