I think you might want to look back on other procedures you have had and the length of time to heal that those may have taken? It sounds like your dermatologist is considering a MOHS procedure. What do they say?

Yes, MOHS procedure. Expect to schedule it this week.—I have had three
major surgeries in my life but with stitches to close wound. No problem
healing then. MOHS is one or several scrapes( no available skin to
stitch😬😳) and I am on blood thinner Eliquis. Anyone in past similar
situation?
