@dbivins, thank you for your reply. I have bad reactions to the osteoporosis drugs, and I was wondering if you were still on Prolia when you started taking Ultra Bone-up and Regular Bone-up. In other words, do you think you achieved improvements in your bone density without Prolia. Thanks!

@yds Yes, I had returned to Prolia and was concerned about my -4 Dexascan results. So I changed my Caltrate to Bone-Up. Caltrate comes from stone and Bone-Up comes from cow bones, and is more easily absorbed. Caltrate builds up in your arteries, but Calcium citrate and the type in Bone-Up do not.
