@sassy1 i too am using red light. Can I ask what you routine is? I just got my own ( was borrowing one that got hot) this one does not get hot. It meets the specs I read
Would be healing of the spectral bands 660nm +660nm +850nm . Does this sound right any input would be appreciated. Mine has never gone into remission, but I have seen improvement with my blisters going away( they just returned) my cheeks are always a mess! Thanks!

@suecutuli can you post a link to the red light device you got?

@suecutuli i just read what to look for in one. said 660 to 670 nm red and 830 to 1100 nm. Low EmF No flicker leds. High irradiance power output /ges $100 mW/cm2 to ensure effective penetration into tissue measured at close range 1- 3 inches. Firm factor; a hand held small poryable wand style is best to target mouth and gums not a broad based fixed panel. look for Fda approved second class medical device. hope this helps. Foubd one Curo or Cura brand sounds good got good reviews if u can trust them.
