Thank you Chris. with my short term memory being difficulty right now you may have to message me on what site or link we were going to cover something, i recently had a set back and its affecting my short term more than usual.

Hi Randy,
No problem, I completely understand the memory issues many of us face. By the way, you were very courageous to speak so openly about it. I used to feel ashamed of my memory problems and would hide them. Through years of therapy with my neuropsychologist, I learned to accept them and live with them without shame.
Now, on days when my brain isn't working well, I give myself permission to take time off. I've learned that pushing myself to do something I know will be difficult on those days brings more harm than good.
