I saw your post about tangled hair post op. After my craniotomy in Nov the hospital sent me home w a "moisturizing" medical shampoo that I used once before I was discharged. Even though I have very straight hair the nurse used a "pick" like comb to get some tangles out without needing to brush close to my scalp. Maybe you could reach out to your care team or ask local pharmacy to help you find a detangling moisturizing shampoo. Hope this helps.🙏

@jeanneoc wish i could help more i had so many staples removed and messed up hair but my hair is military cut and short, once it gets any length my daughter cuts it or gives me a new look to get by the scar itch and pull of hair. she also has a gentle soap . each person is diff, but ask around and people have great help here.
