I've had three Pluvicto treatments. PSA of 22.3 has dropped to 11.2 to 6.6 and then to 3.8 after the 3rd round. I have the 4th treatment coming up next week, and if it drops again as anticipated, we'll bank those last two treatments for when the PSA starts to climb again, or pain/scans indicate it's needed. Like all treatments, there can be many reasons it works for some and not for others. I'm fortunate and grateful that it's giving me more longevity, certainly with a better quality of life than if I were doing chemo at this point. I'm 78, PC since 2008, stage 4 since 2021, and living every day well
