I take mine in the morning. No side effects other than Osteo decline. I am 2 1/2 years in and I am getting ready to start Prolia injections twice a year for my osteopenia and osteoporosis. I should mention I am very cautious with diet, routinely exercise, and take supplements as needed. I too had lobular breast cancer stage one a and invasive ductal cancer stage one a.

My oncologist prescribed Prolia when I was just starting anastrozole and with only a hint of Osteopenia.

One six month dose was all I could tolerate. The aches and pains were terrible but the mental side effects were too much. Changed oncologists and she agreed I didn’t need it as I wasn’t even on the scale of bone loss.

Please do your own research on Prolia. It isn’t something to introduce in your body without knowing what it can do to you.
