Hello and welcome to Connect. As a parent I can understand how frightening it is to have a child with any diagnosis, let alone a craniopharyngioma. This is one of those oddities where despite the fact that it is an unwelcome growth, it at least is not considered cancerous. Yet it must be dealt with.

Some of us naturally may have a medical background yet we would not presume to offer up any sort of diagnosis or second opinion however. Your best choice would be to seek out likely a larger clinic or hospital which has extensive experience in dealing with brain tumors. Else, get started on your current care team recommendations. Time is critical.
Likely there are members here who have gone down this road and might be an asset to you in understanding and dealing with this diagnosis.
