@katemu Hi! I still check my alerts, but got busy as a caregiver for my father, so I don’t get to post often.
I took both. I feel FDGard was more effective for me, but I didn’t really have the acid symptoms. My dietician just recommended something called Reflux Raft as well, which I haven’t tried yet. Hope that helps!
