I had 3 Pluvicto treatmentsand my cancer spread and psa sky rocketed.
I was sent directly to chemo where i am about to receive my 3rd dose.
Really disappointed that pluvicto did not works and i had to quit

Pluvicto Works really well for 1/3 of people, OK for 1/3 of people, and not at all for 1/3 of people.

Sure wish it worked better for everyone.

There are genetic reasons it doesn’t work.

Pluvicto genetic issues. Somatic or heditary. You can get a hereditary genetic test To see if you have any of these. You can also get a somatic test on blood or metastasis tissue to see if your metastasis have resulted in a change in your genetic makeup.
