@sriddle1 That's great news! It still won't be clear sailing — none of this is, for any of us — but at least he won't have to deal with the side-effects of a corticosteroid (Prednisone) in addition to those of ADT (Orgovyx) and an ARSI (Nubeqa now).

Orgovyx, in my personal experience, is a big step up from older injectables like Firmagon or Lupron, so he's getting the best of the best now for both parts of his systemic treatment. You did well advocating.
