@robertcukor sad but glad to read that I’m not alone in that as a result of the RP there is a loss of some of the length. Coming up to my 2 year anniversary of the surgery. To the comments over the Dr. mentioning the possible side effects. He repeatedly said that I would not be having any more children. But having had a vasectomy in my early 30’s that was the last of my concern. Did want to still continue having erections but except for Trimix it’s the only way. Daily Cialis for several months after surgery did nothing. Lucky are those whose nerves were spared and erections came back on its own.

Thank you. And a question, if I may...
Out of curiosity, prostate cancer is, in a way, a sword hanging over the head of all men. But, does the prostate cancer start, in the majority of cases, in the cells which produce the semantic fluid? As opposed to the cells that make up the walls of the enclosure or sack?
