I can answer #1. I was diagnosed with stage 1. My pee was getting brighter so I went in to an urgent care (as I was traveling). They did blood tests that indicated high levels of bilirubin. Before I could get into a urologist, my skin began turning yellow so I went into the ER. There I had an ERCP that (on the second try) resulted in the diagnosis.
