@lips702: I have also had SCCs but I’ve never treated with Capecitabine. However, I’d strongly advise you to contact your medical provider about the side effect you’re experiencing to see what their professional recommendation is. Can you let me know what they say?

My oncologist has taken me off the chemo.
Hopefully this miserable itching will stop!
I will see my oncologist in 3 weeks.
I may plan on coming back to Mayo, my Dr works with UCLA.

Hello,
I was taken off all cancer meds now 2 months.
I am going to an oncologist here in Las Vegas that specializes in melanoma.
When he saw the condition of my legs from over 20 Mohs surgeries and new lesions on my legs we decided I will be infused with a newer drug, UNLOXCYT, it is suppose to target squamous cell carcinoma.
The drug is every 3 weeks for 1 hour.
I am looking forward, hopefully this will work with minimum side effects.
