High Vitamin B6: How can I lower it?

Unfortunately many drs don’t understand b6 toxicity. You lower you b6 levels by drinking plenty of water,exercise and eating foods low in b6. Most foods have b6 especially salmon, chicken, cereal, spinach (goat and lamb are safe to eat) energy drinks. look up the list of high b6 foods and I suggest seeing a certified nutritionist to help you figure out meal plans. There is a fb group called b6 toxicity with a wealth of information.
