So from a year ago to the present, what has evolved? How are you progressing, proceeding or coping?

@profevl sorry for late response. I had .my disc replace the fusion of the L5 S1 I feel great after 6 months doctor tells me to give it a full year I was better after waking up from surgery. Get a good neurosurgeon stay away from Orthopedics
