@mimiroy If your osteoporosis is really bad, there isn't a supplement in the world that will fix it. None. It would be great if there were.

@njx58 My doc said to be in a watch stage and revisit at my next visit.

@njx58 there are several things that can be done to improve bone health no matter the declination. Look up osteo strong to see if it is in your area. Supplements, weight training, and other forms of exercise are helpful. Let's try to support people and not say their plight is hopeless. It's not.
