No issues at night. Must be a gravity thing.
Daytime was awful.

Good luck with the AUS. Just be aware that it's not waterproof, like I expected.
Leakage still can occur during urgency. Not much, but still annoying.
Totally worth doing, though.

Rich, how's your continence during the day? 2 years is too long to put up with that.
They usually consider an artificial urinary sphincter or other interventions if issues continue beyond 1 year.

I do not understand what you mean by not waterproof. The AUS is completely inside the body.

If you are in water, you would not open the valve so it is not possible for water to get into it In those conditions.

I sure wouldn’t worry about it when I went in the shower.

If you mean that water could get up your penis if you’re in it, Wouldn’t that be true whether you had an AUS or not?.

I know there is still a little bit of Leakage possible, but the most you would need is a thin pad in your underwear. That’s not really a problem for me over the last six years, I’ve gone from thin pads to thick ones. Thin is easy.
