Hi Teresa,
Thanks for sharing this story of your alternative treatment in Mexico. Assuming that you have an esophageal tumor like me, did you get radiation treatment for it? We were both diagnosed in October and my radiation started mid month lasting 28 days.
A Petscan on January 7 just revealed that the 5 cm tumor is all gone. Wow! I can now eat and swallow like anyone.
The metastases to liver, lymph nodes and bone remains, so I will be getting Opdivo immunotherapy next with Folfox. I hope it works.
You may need to get a second opinion about treatment, including radiation if you haven't had it.
Also, please say what all those parasites they claim you had may have been. Bugs? Worms? Sounds so strange!

@maraca everything in my neck is gone, it was gone before I left Mexico. It was worms. Like rope worms. I passed thousands. I still see them popping up here and there and I’m still passing them. A warm can show up on a PET scan as Cancer. I go back for a liver MRI next month and also a PET scan for my liver and lungs. I’m anxious to see what’s going on there. No I didn’t do any treatment with radiation or chemo with this bout. I did it a year and a half ago, but it came back. I’m not gonna go that route again, regardless.
