Amalgam fillings Made my oral lichen plant is much worse. At the Mayo Clinic 25 years ago about I had skin testing done and I had positive reactions to amalgams. I was told I should have them removed, and I did slow slowly as I could afford it. If I need something now, I get this ceramic (Mind Just what blank). Since I’ve done this, mine has been much better and I only use Tom’s strawberry, flavored fluoride, free children’s toothpaste..
I am starting to think that my body and other people’s bodies with Lichen Can’t tolerate all the chemicals that are being used today.

I found the toothpaste called, Salvia. Flavia is very gentle on my gums and very effective at cleaning my teeth. Also, I use Closys a non-flavored, ultra- senstive mouthwash, which, when combined with the toothpaste, really helps make my mouth feel clean. I’ve been managing my oral Lichen Planus by using a red -light therapy and that has minimized the number of episodes of breakouts in my mouth. But I must stay away from any acidic or spicy foods which will bring back the painful mouth sores. Hope this helps?
