The problem with low testosterone is that some of the cancer cells get immune to low testosterone and start to grow without it. That’s when somebody becomes castrate resistant. They try to use BAT Where you get infusions Of testosterone and it kills off those cells that became immune to it and sometimes you can go back to the drugs you were taking before and they work again.

So many different things going on. BAT doesn’t work for everyone, unfortunately.
