@ellesea01 thank you for that. will I haven’t really noticed a pattern or trigger except for stools, and I I work out every 5 days outta the week with 3 of them being weight lifting and I haven’t really notice too much of a problem with working out I mean sometimes symptoms can spike but I can’t give a definite answer if they trigger any thing because it seems like every just comes randomly.

That's really good that you are thinking about possible connect the dot spikes or differences. Hormones, foods etc.? So many possibilities & sure will be a happier day when there's an explanation. The kind with a remedy please...lol
