I just got back my NASH FibroSure Plus test results. I have F2 Fibrosis (0.53). I am a non-drinker and I was diagnosed with low level endometrial cancer a year ago and had surgery (doc said this is irrelevant with regard to the fatty liver). Doc said the only thing to do is lose weight, go back on a statin because my cholesterol went way up after it was low. I am 167 pounds, 5'7". He and my nephrologist said I have to get down to 150. That's all; I asked for meds, he said no meds. Will do some imaging in February.

Statins cause dementia and high cholesterol is our bodies' way of dealing with inflammation.

I’m so grateful to see your statement,I have F2 fibrosis too,my GI doctor also said lose 20 more lbs( lost 47 so far but I am very over weight and exercise) my dr is holding off on rezdiffra for now and just said diet and exercise and repeat fibroscan us sometime this year.I was worried because one of my liver enzymes ALT is elevated but it is trending down on second check and the dr said that finding is consistent with fatty liver.My upper right side often hurts especially after eating but I was told no gallstones from multiple US and just fatty liver,may I ask if you’re experiencing dull pain on your right side at times as well?
