Anyone have success with treatment for vaginal Lichen Sclerosus?

I was diagnosed with LS about 3 years ago. I use prescription Clobetasol about 3 times a week, and it has resolved the symptoms. No sores. I do go back to my GYN once a year for reschecks.
Did your provider give you any advice on how to treat?

@roch Thank you for the voice of CALM. With so much suffering it is good to see someone is doing what I'm doing with good results. I have Sjogrens Syndrome also so my gyn kept telling me that was causing my problems. Then I kept going back and she said, These are fissures. However, that was 6 months ago and I've been in remission for 4 months. I also appreciate the reality check that you were diagnosed 3 years ago. I haven't seen any posts relating to symptoms resolved for several years.
