I have experienced some of the same symptoms; the ultimate diagnosis was SIBO and some food intolerances.

You mentioned your tested postiive for SIBO. Were you treated for it? I have been treated multiple times for SIBO with different types of antibiotics. But, have not had any recurrence recently. I also had side effects from antibodisc so I had to take probiotics at the same time.

I have had Hydrogen SIBO however recently done the test and it came back as Negative. GI not very helpful though, saying it's a functional Dyspepsia and that it, nothing much they can do. Unfortunately. Having a follow with GI ina few months will see what would be the options. Thanks!@roch
