Hi,
That is the only way to deal with serious health conditions in my opinion. I have always been physically active and take pride I have above average strength and articulation for my age group. To be loseing it is difficult but sheer bloody minded ness is taking over.
Now 14 years after being given 5 years to live I can only assume I'm doing something right.
Self preservation is strong with determination to beat what I realistically can't stop, I've got to try, it's my nature to push the limits. When I stop, check mate.
Cheers
