Is Decipher after RARP overkill?

@brianjarvis Thanks for the response. Yes, I had the Promise/Color test and it showed no genetic mutations for prostate cancer (it showed no genetic mutations for any of their cancer tests).

@jeff1963 They say that about 15% of prostate cancers have a genetic component (see attached list of most frequent gene mutations related to prostate cancer).
If you did have one of these gene mutations, you’d have a much higher risk of developing prostate cancer; if not, yours is simply by chance like the rest of us.
