Weakness in legs: Is this part of neuropathy?

Posted by judee1948 @judee1948, Jan 3 12:29pm

I have had idiopathic neuropathy for 16 years. I have just now started having a weakness in my lower legs (below knees). They feel like they are not going to support me. Is this part of neuropathy or is it something else?

Along with CBD/CBG well studied carrier and essential oils, bees wax …can almost instantly sooth a lot burning and stinging . They do not cure but can make you more comfortable

@positivehealth I don't have a pad that has a infaterd light on the end it is sixteen inches long so I can get ever part of my body and back. I used a vibrator hand held for 15 min on each foot, most Botton side of ankle around heel and top where most of the toe mussels are. Also go up the leg and get all the mussels on the back side for about 15 min each leg. I found that a lot of us older folk start having bloof flow problems in the legs. The the Apple cideer vinegar and vibrater keet the blood flowing good. I went to VA a the other day as I had a new primary care doctor. The firse thing how come you look os healthy? I looked at heer and didn't reply. the third time she asked, I just had to repl. I don't get poisoned using you medicine. That way the good Lord just keeps me healthy. She was stunned. You don't us any, I replied no.

Hi this is ole Bashful bob,Weekness: below the kneews is part of it. I found one of the causes was I never allowed my butt to get below my knees so the strenight was getting lost in the legs. Remember when you ware young? You squatted down did squat thrust where you squat down with your arms thrust out in front of you . If you can do that today, God Bless you. I just fall down
real over get back up and give it another go. Now I started Holding on to a railing or something and squat down slowly untill it hurts enought hold it a short while then do it again. I laso use weights on. my ankles and sit in a chair and lift my legs up evevel then double the knees to my chest slowly stretch them back out again slowly as it works the mussels on the back of the legs more then lower them to the floor. Them After a hour will go into the kitchen grab the sink and see how far I can squaw and still get back up on my own. Now I don't have to rock to get out of a chair Todays chairs are made for short leg people And I'm not one them. good luck my friend and keep going

@positivehealth Bashful bob here I use it for 15 min on each foot. To make your feel better you might try it for 5 min intervels each foot alternating it as you go to the 15 min. I also found on some people inclyding my wife that if you have a hand held you can take some of the weight off the toes by the vibrator so it is softer after doing that a couple I found I the toes excepted the vibrator and I could use the full weight and everything becomes better. at first it hurt a lot now it feels as we did as a child feels good. Iit kind of expermenting whit how we did it ass a Child.in walking the heal comes in touch with the ground first and you rolling and pushing off with your toes.the foot makes you step feel more relaxed over time. Start slowly and increase every day. With any thing you do to build start with and short time two or three times a day. and increase the amount of movements rach time. good luck. my self I have a high pain tolerance then many so I push my self and sometimes I over do and it hurts. So a few hours later I redo what I did and things work better. even with my chairs excersizes. I guess it something like falling off your bike. You get right back on or you may never get back on. God Bless sorry for the Sermon I just don't like to fail.

@positivehealth Good evening Bashful Bob here, Another thing I found that is a great help to me is less coffee and more tea with berries in it., Replace sugar with local honey because local honey uese the polen in your area and also helps with any algeries. It also reduces your blood sugar in you blood. Eat more garden fresh vegetables and less meat. works wonderful for me as I love my honey. That didn't come out right but You know what I mean.
