Has anyone seen an Endocrinologist for osteoporosis?

Thanks for your helpful response. I will be making an appointment with an ENDO but not sure how long it will take to see one.

I don't have Hashimoto's but have been on thyroid medicine for about 20 years. The level gets checked every year and I've been in the correct range all that time.

My thought is to go to one appointment and then decide if I will continue.

I cannot take any of the osteo drugs due to reactions and/or issues with possible side effects that me and my PCP do not think I should expose myself to.

@stanfojc The many voices of reason and experience amongst dont take my pain away but each of you lessens the fear. I think I shall be giving up on resolutions but know you are there and trying. Take care and hope this support lifts you as we meet the wall. Deep breaths and find s friend to call no matter when or why.
