That's interesting. My Nephrologist put me on Jardiance/Farxiga about a month ago. I bought a generic version and had it shipped from Canada, for about 1/3 the cost of my Part D plan coverage. I believe I read it helps your kidneys handle protein better.

I had my semi annual appointment with my Hematologist two weeks after starting Farxiga (I also have MGUS) and was very surprised when he told me my M spike was gone, after he'd been following that for ten years. Seems like it has to be related.
