Something Doenst sound right about your symptoms , I am so worry your Drs aren't understanding. Post partum can be filled with strange mental feelings and panic anxiety/, that being said it sounds like you are having a form of almost Dizziness maybe I have a dizziness now since about PASC and ME/csf and pots that has no head spin dizziness but all other symptoms are the same it's part of the Immune system for me being overactive . I'd see a specialist because with any luck it's just post partum. The worse parts could be PASC /Myalgic Enchephlimitis/Chronic Fatigue and or POTS etc the Immune system doesn't strange things with strange symptoms .
