Thank you! This is really helpful. Great helpful advice! I too am in my 60's. I have some of the pains you are describing. Its new to me though. Just tired and pains in the back for no reason when I'm typically full of energy. I think its the sandostatin injections, the cancer and me getting older I suppose. I'm with you, I will stay active with cycling, strength training, and outdoor activities until I can't. Its a huge help for me as well! I am definitely not the same without it. The neuropathy is part of my game as well. Thanks Again! The best to you Tomrennie!

@jameshoch You are welcome. I was told to never stop moving if you can. Keep track of the new pains and ask your care team about them. Maybe they have a suggestion for something that works. Let us know if something does. We all learn from each other.
